Rapists, child abusers and groomers will not leave prison early, says PM
UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham has announced that rapists and child abusers will be excluded from early prison release schemes intended to manage overcrowding. While the policy aims to address public safety concerns, it still allows for the release of other violent offenders, drawing criticism from victims' advocates.
