Reality Drift Joins Tiny Teams with New Trailer and Demo
Arganoid Industries has announced that their roguelike racing game, Reality Drift, will be featured in the Tiny Teams 2026 festival. The studio has released a new trailer and an updated demo showcasing significant gameplay and visual enhancements ahead of a Q4 2026 release.
Newmarket, UK - August 4, 2026 | Arganoid Industries is thrilled to announce that their surreal 2.5D roguelike racer, Reality Drift , has been selected for the Tiny Teams 2026 festival. Ahead of the festival's launch on August 6, the studio has released a brand-new gameplay trailer , striking new key art, and a massive update to the game's public demo. Combining trippy visuals with a level of strategic depth rarely seen in the arcade racing genre, the updated demo showcases significant graphical and gameplay improvements as Arganoid Industries gears up for a full Steam release in Q4 2026. Lead developer Andrew Gillett told a group of crows "After nearly 30 years in the industry, this is the best game I've ever worked on, so I'm excited to see what the public will make of it". He later told some different crows "If people aren't questioning my sanity when they play my games, I'm not doing my job properly". About Reality Drift Reality Drift is a strategic roguelike racing game in which players drive through a series of strange worlds including Heaven, Hell and Cat Land. Their goal is to be the first to deliver packages to obnoxious godlike creatures who have nothing but disdain for them. Throughout each race, choices must be made between upgrades, tracks and cards. Driving well is not enough - to win, players must make the right choices. New features highlighted in demo and trailer Since the game's original announcement and trailer in September 2024, many enhancements have been made to both the gameplay and the visuals. The most notable addition to the game has been missions which include roguelike deckbuilding - a feature which took considerable time to make work for a racing game.
