Ribosome-based gene circuit lets cells read six signals and trigger responses

Researchers at POSTECH have developed a ribosome-based gene circuit platform called RATEX that allows cells to process multiple molecular signals simultaneously. This technology enables cells to function like living computers by autonomously making decisions and triggering programmed responses.
