Rs 7,681 crore IPO rush: Shiprocket, Milky Mist among 9 issues to hit the market
India's primary market is preparing for a busy week with nine companies launching IPOs to raise a total of Rs 7,681 crore. Key offerings include Dhoot Transmission, Milky Mist Dairy Food, and Shiprocket.
India’s primary market is set for a busy week, with nine companies looking to raise a cumulative Rs 7,681 crore through initial public offerings (IPOs) across the mainboard and SME platforms.The upcoming IPO list includes Molbio Diagnostics, Dhoot Transmission, Milky Mist Dairy Food, Fascinate Textiles, Shiprocket, Behari Lal Engineering, Pramodini Medicare, Q&T Foods and Sham Foam. The issues will open between August 10 and August 12, with most closing by August 14. In addition to these new issues, eight companies that launched their IPOs last week are set to list.The largest issue in the pack is Dhoot Transmission, which will open on August 10 and close on August 12. The mainboard IPO has a price band of Rs 829-871 per share and an issue size of Rs 3,066.89 crore. It comprises a fresh issue of Rs 1,400 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 1,666.89 crore. Its grey market premium (GMP) is also the highest among the upcoming issues, at 29%.Milky Mist Dairy Food will open on August 11 and close on August 13. The company plans to raise Rs 1,553 crore through its mainboard IPO, priced at Rs 133-140 per share. The issue includes a fresh issue of Rs 1,428 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 125 crore. The IPO is quoting at a GMP of 19%.Shiprocket will open for subscription on August 12 and close on August 14. The logistics and e-commerce enablement company has set a price band of Rs 92-97 per share. Its Rs 1,617.48 crore IPO includes a fresh issue of Rs 885.50 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 731.98 crore. Its Rs 939.70 crore IPO will open on August 10 and close on August 12, with a price band of Rs 768-807 per share. The issue includes a fresh issue of Rs 200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 739.70 crore.Behari Lal Engineering will open on August 12. The company plans to raise Rs 301.62 crore at a price band of Rs 271-285 per share. The issue includes a fresh issue of Rs 93 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 208.62 crore.The SME segment will also remain active. Pramodini Medicare plans to raise Rs 69.04 crore, while Fascinate Textiles is looking to raise Rs 66.98 crore. Q&T Foods and Sham Foam have fixed-price SME IPOs of Rs 26.25 crore and Rs 40.48 crore, respectively.The rush comes as the active IPO market remains crowded, with Technocraft Ventures, LEAP India, Optimystix Entertainment, Ardee Industries and GV Electricals gearing up for listing. GV Electricals and Ardee Industries are scheduled to list on August 12.
