RVS dental college to conduct free oral screening camp

RVS Dental College and Hospital, Coimbatore, is organising a free ‘Oral Screening and Scaling Camp’ from July 30 to August 8, between 10 a.m. and 3.30 p.m., to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. G.B. Shankwalkar, founder-president of the Indian Society of Periodontology, on the occasion of Oral Hygiene Day. The camp, under the leadership of Dr. K.V. Kuppusamy, chairman, RVS Group of Institutions, and the guidance of Dr. V.K. Vijay, principal-cum-director, will be organised by the Department of Periodontology headed by Dr. Deepshika Saravanan. Members of the public can avail themselves of free oral screening, professional scaling, and oral health education services during the camp.
