At Samsung Galaxy Unpacked on Wednesday, Samsung provided a closer look at its upcoming Galaxy Glasses, which will compete with the Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses. Samsung is working with Korean eyewear brand Gentle Monster and Warby Parker on the design, and the glasses will run on Google's new Android XR operating system. We first saw these glasses at Google I/O 2026 in May, and Google has been teasing its smart glasses collaboration with Samsung for months. Google previously said the first pair of these smart glasses would be released in 2026, and Samsung confirmed on Wednesday that the full collection from Gentle Monster and Warby Parker will be released this fall. However, we still don't know how much the new wearables will cost, or exactly when they'll arrive.
