The Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB) has completed the distribution of enumeration forms to all electors as part of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, with around 18% of the data digitised so far, said SCB Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Arvind Kumar Dwivedi.
