SIR: Voters need to submit documents only if their names are missing from draft list, says Udupi DC

Udupi Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer T.K. Swaroopa said on Friday that voters will have to submit any of the 11 documents prescribed by the Election Commission of India (ECI) only if their names are missing from the draft voters’ list to be published on August 5. Those whose names appear in the draft list need not submit any documents.
