New Zealand-based subscription boating service Skipperi has rebranded to Subscription Boat Club (SBC) following a change in ownership. The company has launched a new AI-led platform designed to streamline operations and improve safety monitoring for its fleet.
Skipperi New Zealand, one of New Zealand’s largest subscription boating service, has rebranded as Subscription Boat Club, or SBC, after becoming fully New Zealand owned in 2025. The fleet and operating team stay the same, and so do the three marina locations at Westhaven, Gulf Harbour and Half Moon Bay. What’s changed is the name, along with the technology running behind it.
