‎Soroti High Court rules out re-cross examination in Joan Faith Apio murder case

The Soroti High Court in Uganda has denied a defense request to recall two juvenile witnesses in a murder trial involving six defendants. The judge ruled that the defense failed to justify the need for further cross-examination after the witnesses had already been discharged.
