Suspension of water supply on August 13, 14 in parts of Madurai city

Madurai Corporation has announced suspension of water supply on August 13 and 14 to wards 1 to 19; Wards 23 to 39; Wards 41 to 43; Wards 46 to 49 and Wards 53, 54 and 76, owing to maintenance work. The work would be taken up to plug leaks in main pipeline in Kulamangalam Main Road and Jeeva Nagar Main Road. People have been asked to store water adequately and use it judiciously, Madurai Corporation Commissioner, Gaurav Kumar, has said.
