Dar es Salaam. Minister for Transport Prof Makame Mbarawa has outlined a new vision for the Tanzania-Zambia Railway Authority (TAZARA), centred on modernising infrastructure, introducing new technology and strengthening management systems to restore the railway’s competitiveness.
