Targeted isolation of tumor-derived extracellular vesicles using a cocktail of magnetic nanospheres for minimally invasive pancreatic cancer diagnosis

Researchers have developed a minimally invasive diagnostic method using magnetic nanospheres to isolate tumor-derived extracellular vesicles from plasma for pancreatic cancer detection. The method shows high sensitivity and specificity for identifying KRAS mutations in both early and advanced stages of the disease.
