There are low scores to be had — again — at Royal Birkdale, as Round 3 of The Open Championship is underway.Ryan Fox started the day with a 62, becoming the seventh player in history — and third in 24 hours — to go that low at a major. Fox had a shot at 61 — a 47-foot birdie putt at 18 — but came up just short. Still, he's in at -8, the clubhouse leader — and tied with Lucas Herbert at -8.The score nearly held up, until Sam Burns came home in 65 to get to 10-under and take a two-shot lead into the final round where he will be paired with Fox. Throughout Round 3, most eyes were on Bryson Dechambeau, who has dominated the British Open, both in good ways and bad.
