Thalapathy Vijay's 'Jana Nayagan' has opened to a strong response in advance bookings ahead of its theatrical release on July 23. The action drama has generated a great pre-release business across India. According to estimates reported by Sacnilk, the film has collected approximately Rs 14.94 crore in advance bookings for its opening day. The pre-sales have come through the sale of more than 6.45 lakh tickets across 8,876 shows scheduled nationwide.The Tamil 2D version has emerged as the biggest contributor, earning nearly Rs 14.69 crore from over 6.30 lakh tickets.
