Warangal to get 100 e-buses under PM-eBus Sewa
The TGSRTC is adding 100 electric buses to the Warangal and Hanumakonda regions under the PM-eBus Sewa scheme. Officials are also focusing on improving passenger amenities and service quality at local bus stations.
TGSRTC Vice Chairman and Managing Director Y. Nagireddy on Tuesday announced that 100 more electric buses will soon be added under the PM-eBus Sewa scheme, strengthening public transport in Warangal and Hanumakonda. On Tuesday, he conducted surprise inspections at Warangal and Hanumakonda bus stations. Officials were directed to improve cleanliness, passenger safety, drinking water facilities, waiting halls, and punctuality. Mr. Nagireddy later reviewed routes, occupancy, and employee issues, stressing quality and safe travel services.
