Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stood at 118.35 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 3,552 cusecs and a discharge of 147 cusecs. The level in Vaigai dam was 33.89 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 115 cusecs and a discharge of 86 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 2,809.14 mcft.
