According to police, the deceased has been identified as Situ Talwar, a resident of Sector 20 in Noida. Her husband, Mohit Talwar, is a retired Wing Commander from the Indian Air Force. A senior police officer said the incident took place on Saturday evening. A preliminary investigation revealed that the woman took an e-rickshaw to the multi-level car park in Sector 18. She then entered the facility, went to the second floor, spent a few minutes there and allegedly jumped. After receiving information through Dial 112, a police team immediately reached the spot and took her to a private hospital in Sector 27, where doctors declared her dead on arrival. Police informed her family about the incident. A preliminary investigation revealed that the woman had been suffering from depression for the past 20 years. No complaint has been lodged by the family so far.
