World Machine ‘Dragontail Peak’ now runs on macOS and Linux

World Machine has released its 'Dragontail Peak' update, bringing its terrain-generation software to macOS and Linux for the first time. The update also introduces support for Vector Displacement Maps (VDMs) to allow for more complex 3D terrain features like overhangs.
