Zero-tolerance policy against adulteration mafia: SACM KP

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority is intensifying its enforcement against food adulteration. Officials have announced a zero-tolerance policy for businesses selling hazardous products while promoting digital reforms to improve regulatory oversight.
Peshawar - Special Assistant to the Chief Minister (SACM) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Food Dr Israr Khan, on Friday chaired a performance review meeting of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority (KPFS&HFA), where participants reviewed the Authority's ongoing enforcement campaigns, reform initiatives, newly introduced applications under the Management Information System (MIS), and the province-wide special milk inspection drive.
